Klinik Lengg and QUMEA: Successful partnership
Following a successful pilot phase, Klinik Lengg in Zurich is continuing to use QUMEA to provide even more comprehensive care for patients who are particularly at risk of falling.
With the help of radar technology, QUMEA recognises potential fall risks in the room at an early stage and issues an alarm via an app. This enables carers to provide assistance as quickly as possible.
Carina Kouraichi, Head of Epileptology Nursing, adds: “The use of QUMEA has significantly improved our work processes. The nursing staff can be confident that patients at risk have the best possible protection against falls. The system thus provides a kind of mental relief in everyday hospital life.”
Following the successful pilot phase, Klinik Lengg continues to rely on QUMEA to further optimise fall prevention in a targeted manner.
