Sensor

The QUMEA RADIQ-1 sensor continuously transmits and receives electromagnetic signals (radio waves) that are 100 times weaker than those of a WiFi router.

The slim and discreet device is mounted on the ceiling of the patient’s room. From there, it continuously monitors the finest movements throughout the room and transmits them to the QUMEA Cloud. All in real time and anonymous from the ground up.

Cloud

The QUMEA Cloud receives the anonymous movement data and processes it using QUMEA’s own artificial intelligence (AI). Critical events are recognised automatically and immediately and, if necessary, appropriate alarms are triggered.

We rely on state-of-the-art cyber security technologies. The cloud is located in Switzerland or in the country of the customer’s choice. Our multi-redundant architecture guarantees maximum availability.

App & Dashboard

The QUMEA mobile app alerts you if help is needed. Monitoring scenarios for patients and rooms can be configured easily and individually.

The QUMEA Dashboard provides an overview of the entire ward and visualises trends as well as patient activity and mobility. Integrate QUMEA seamlessly into existing alarm systems, nurse call systems and your HIS.
